Installation & Testing Your System

We take a hands-on approach to the installation and establishment of each medical waste treatment system. Prior to any equipment arriving at your facility, we’ll work closely with you to develop a clean plan outlining your new system’s space and utility needs, its safe transportation to your site, and its efficient delivery and installation on a timeline that works for you. 


When delivery day arrives, the Clean Waste Systems team will be on-site to personally install your system. Our experts will oversee the process and work proactively to solve any issues that may arise. We’ll remain on-site for a week following installation to ensure your new system is working as it should and answer any outstanding questions you or your team may have. 


During this time, our experts will train you and your employees on our remarkably simple ongoing testing process, so you can feel confident in the safe, reliable and sanitary operation of your system.

Preventative Maintenance & Service

Clean Waste Systems offers a comprehensive Quarterly ServicePlus Maintenance Plan at an additional cost with the purchase of every ozone medical waste processing unit. These routine, 2-day visits from a Clean Waste Systems technician help to ensure your system is operating optimally and delivering the best possible performance.

After the Clean Waste Systems team has left your site following installation, we remain available to you for any questions, concerns, or service needs you may have throughout the life of your system. All replacement parts and equipment for your unit are available through Clean Waste Systems at any time. 


In the unlikely event of system downtime, we’ll work with you to adhere to your facility’s standard operating procedures while ensuring that your system is serviced with the urgency and professionalism the situation calls for. As a Clean Waste Systems customer, you’ll always have quick and easy access to expert support: Our 24/7 on-call technicians can be rapidly dispatched to your facility for on-site support in addition to their availability via phone or virtual meeting.
