Michael J. Hofer, Chairman/CEO
Mr. Hofer is an accomplished executive and proven entrepreneur. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Hofer founded Imaging Solutions, Inc. (ISI), in Fargo, ND in 1997. ISI is a medical imaging company with 65 imaging centers in 18 states. ISI currently has 110 employees with annual sales of $50 Million. The company maintains its corporate office in Fargo.
Hofer also served as President of Diagnostic Medical Systems (DMS) from 1985 to 1997. Under Hofer's direction and leadership, DMS experienced tremendous growth. The company grew from $14 Million in annual sales in 1985 to $50 Million in sales in 1996. Hofer sold the company in 1994 to Otter Tail Power Company.
Mr. Hofer also founded Global Electric Motorcars, LLC (GEM). Hofer purchased the company out of bankruptcy and moved the operation to Fargo, North Dakota. GEM produced neighborhood electric vehicles for both the U.S. and international markets. Mr. Hofer grew the business to $110 Million in revenue and 400 employees. In 2001, Mr. Hofer was approached by John Deere, Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler and other major manufacturers to purchase GEM. Mr. Hofer ultimately sold GEM to Daimler Chrysler later that year.

Mag Tec Energy - Mag Tec Energy is a manufacturer of large mobile and industrial heating equipment for the oil and gas industry. The company has 18 employees. Annual revenues are in excess of $12M. Peter A. Jude, Executive Vice President/COO
Mr. Jude graduated from St. John's University with a degree in Business Management. Due to his success in business development, Mr. Jude was honored by being featured on the front cover of Minnesota Business Opportunities Magazine in the April, 1994 issue.
Mr. Jude introduced a business plan that included new technologies, sales and marketing programs to the wholesale convenience store trade for a small family business and grew revenues from $3,000,000 in sales in 1982 to over $35,000,000 in revenues in 1996 when the business was sold. Mr. Jude served as President of the Minnesota Wholesale Marketers Council from 1992 - 1995 after being elected by his colleagues. And from 1997 - 2001, Mr. Jude served as a Lobbyist for the Wholesale industry. In 1997-2007 he created a sales and marketing program that helped double the sales of the family vending business by increasing market share with existing customers through expansion into related sales areas (Office Coffee, Water Coolers and paper products). Mr. Jude served as President of the Minnesota Automatic Merchandising Council from 2004-2007 after being elected by his colleagues.
Stephen E. Pellegrene, Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Pellegrene is a graduate of St. John's University with a degree in Business Management and Psychology. Pellegrene brings two decades of multi-industry experience in sales and customer care to Clean Waste Systems. Mr. Pellegrene worked for AT&T Corporation from 1988-2008 in the telecommunications industry and the finance brokerage industry.
While with AT&T Corporation, Mr. Pellegrene was responsible for managing multiple customer care centers across the country, supporting sales efforts while protecting the revenue base for a multi-billion dollar company. In 1998, Mr. Pellegrene won the AT&T Business Services Leaders Council Award, AT&T's most prestigious award, given to the top 3% of employees annually. Mr. Pellegrene was a key player in a major corporate merger between Southern Bell, Bell South, and AT&T. During this merger, Mr. Pellegrene was responsible for synergy planning, succession planning, market realignment and strategic alignment.
